In starting days when I joined this psychotherapy centre honestly I didn’t even trust on those processes (electro-sleep therapy ‘1 of 4 therapies’ & counselling) can cure me fully without a piece of tablet. After some sessions I just got realised something permanent changed in my thought process, I’m getting control on my mind & getting into peace day by day like what I was feeling 2 years back, then I thought to continue those sessions until & unless I’ll recover fully & get healthy mind. I’m thinking that why didn’t I get this type of therapy & counsellor like (Lakshman sir) before suffering for 2 unproductive & stressful years of my life. Now I’m worrying for those who sorrowing from these all mental health issues & need these sessions for their normal life, just trust me if you are a bit capable to invest some money for your mental health, connect with them they are very frank & get an opportunity to change your mind like normal & ultimately get a peaceful life. Be patience everything is curable nowadays.
